IMS Gear is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. This role is key to ensuring we attract, select, and retain top talent aligned with our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for all employee levels.
- Manage hiring processes, including competency-based interviews.
- Foster strong labor and employee relations.
- Ensure timely follow-up throughout the selection process.
- Define and implement talent attraction strategies.
- Plan and execute alternative recruiting scenarios based on business needs.
